Description:
As directed by the Bankruptcy Director, the Supervisor is responsible for the servicing of all assigned accounts within the group of assigned employees, this will include monitoring of workflow, litigation and attorney time lines. The Supervisor is responsible for mentoring team members through training, identifying coaching opportunities and providing motivational tools through positive, constructive feedback. Additionally, the Supervisor is expected to assist management in the generation and successful achievement of monthly production goals. Additionally, the Supervisor is required to monitor the quality of production through assisting management with spot check reviews and plan of action for improvement. The Supervisor is expected to have a solid foundation in all in-house procedures, web systems, and the software applications commonly used such as but not limited to: Access, Excel, Word, VendorScape, Cognos, OSA, etc. Finally, the Supervisor is also responsible for other duties as assigned by Management.

Specifications / Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior management experience is required. Clear understanding of Bankruptcy processes and procedures from a Banking standpoint. Additionally, must be familiar with an inbound call team and the ability to manage to an abandonment rate.
