HRAM Balance Control Channel Leader

Description::

High Risk Account Management is a critical area of focus for Citi Cards given the economic environment that many of our clients are facing. The Balance Control Channel Leader will play an integral role in partnering and leading a cross-functional team comprised of Risk Policy and Execution, Decision Management, and CFO to significantly increase NCL saves through the ideation and implementation of balance control measures. Key responsibilities include:

· Managing all HRAM balance control efforts through established channels

· Develop new and innovative balance control measures that will drive significant NCL saves while mitigating foregone revenue.

· Evaluating the existing Balance Control communications processes to improve upon the customer experience

· Evaluating new channel strategies that will significantly improve speed to market of Balance Control activities

· Leading cross-functional efforts with CFO, Risk, Operations, and Decision Management to size, implement and analyze Balance Control program results, assess program scalability, refine offering where appropriate and deliver results/recommendations to Senior Management.

Developing Balance Control program objectives/goals and working with the CFO Team to ensure that all business opportunities are fully evaluated from a P&L and business contribution perspective.

· Master's degree preferred.

· BA/BS required, as is 7 or more years related experience or equivalent type experience.

· Ability to interact with various functions is critical (e.g., Finance, Marketing and Credit).

· Excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and organizational skills are essential. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment are also necessary.

· Direct and Partnership credit card business experience preferred, but not required.
Strong marketing and financial sense are critical.
