Regional Finance Basel II Coordinator and Financial Analyst

· Coordinate the Global Basel II process for Consumer business in Finance Latin America.

· Responsible for the precision, reliability, and promptness of the financial data

· Manage new projects related to Basel II and Consumer Regional Office

· Coordinate Basel II implementation for LCB and new acquisitions

· Report, analyze, and monitor Consumer Business Regional Office data

· Support regional office activities related to ICG

· Ensure sign-off on the accuracy and completeness of region monthly Basel II credit risk capital submissions (by country). Result should be on time and validated for accuracy and completeness.

· Monthly reviews.

· Coordinate Basel II implementation for LCB

· LCB Basel II implementation for all the countries in the region. Project success in terms of Planning, coordination, timing, and result. Analyze the information and improve the regional process of the decomposition files

· Report, Analyze, and monitor Consumer Regional Office data (including LCB) in FRS and GCMD

· Improve overall process. Risk Capital calculations align with Financial results.

· Manage new projects/ requirements related to Basel II Consumer Banking for the region. Regional leadership in implementations.

Project success in terms of Planning, coordination, timing, and results.

· Bilingual English / Spanish skills required

· Master's Degree required

· Consumer Banking and Basel II understanding

· Familiar with Citigroup reporting and systems

· Experience with accounting and monthly closing procedures

· Knowledge of Citi financial systems (Essbase, SMARTII, GCMD, GCBC, and FRS)

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point)

· Knowledge of Citibank Regulatory and Management reporting
