Private Banker- QP - Series 7, 66 -Bilingual - Miami

·Develop and deepen client relationships to thoroughly understand client needs and develop tailored wealth management strategies. Add value to sophisticated clients and the intermediaries representing them.

·Build and draw upon a network of internal resources, often global, to achieve results for clients; oversee development of tailored and/or complex financial products.

·Create and organize a sales plan designed to acquire new target clients - generate leads and grow the business through active calling. Identify, prospect, convert and service High Net Worth individuals by utilizing proven sales techniques. Manage a focused sales process. Understand customer, market and product risks and opportunities.

·Protect the Bank and client by complying with relevant policies, procedures, and country legal/regulatory requirement; effectively communicate client risks.

·Develop and maintain expertise in global financial markets and products and apply to client portfolios and needs.

·Extensive knowledge of investment management, derivate and banking products. Proven track record in maintaining and deepening relationships in additional to brining in new clients.

·Highly motivated to succeed. Results oriented. Open and flexible. Thrives in seizing and creating opportunities in a team environment.

·Ability to develop, implement and deliver upon a focused marketing plan.

·Able to handle complex client situations. Solution provider.

·Experience in integrating and balancing diverse priorities.

·Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

·BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred, 4-7 years of experience

· Bilingual English/Spanish required
