Description:

Oversee the daily operations of Asset Management Teams.Ensure that the daily workflow is completed Review, analyze and approve marketing strategies and repairs. Ensure that special investor requirements are adhered to within the Asset Management Team. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality of service. Maintains directives, policies and procedures and timelines. Create and review daily exception reports to manage team. Oversee staff compliance within policy, procedures and timelines.

Specifications / Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
At least 3-5 years management or supervisory experience
Strong REO knowledge 3+ years of related work experience
Well rounded Default Mortgage Operations knowledge and experience required
Strong oral & written skills
Ability to work efficiently in multi-tasked environment
Strong leadership ability
Capable of working in a fast paced environment
Capable of prioritizing work as volumes
