Description:

Oversee the daily operations of Asset Management Teams.Ensure that the daily workflow is completed Review, analyze and approve marketing strategies and repairs. Ensure that special investor requirements are adhered to within the Asset Management Team. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality of service. Maintains directives, policies and procedures and timelines. Create and review daily exception reports to manage team. Oversee staff compliance within policy, procedures and timelines. Manage 4-6 Sr Asset Managers.

Specifications / Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
At least 3-5 years management or supervisory experience3+ years of REO knowledge Well rounded Default Mortgage Operations knowledgeStrong oral & written skillsAbility to work efficiently in multi-tasked environmentStrong leadership abilityCapable of working in a fast paced environmentCapable of prioritizing work as volumes
